JR Motorsports in Ankeny is having an open house between 9 and 3 Saturday March 3rd. Free lunch between 12 and 1:30.

I would love to have gone, but it was a work day.
Did you go? What did you learn about what they
have to offer? Maybe my impression is wrong,
but do they mostly cater to circle track racers?

They cater to anyone who buys performance parts. They do do a lot of circle track cars. They had a least three cars on display. Two were circle track cars and one was a 66-67 Chevelle drag racing car. They may have been one more car.

They have a machine shop with lots of equipment I didn't recognize. They did have a machine for boring/honing cylinders. A dunk tank for engines and a room for engine dynoing. I am not an expert.

They had many engines for sale. From a few thousand to eighteen thousand dollars. They have a website and a fairly large printed catalog.
